Accurate, Efficient And Reliable SAP Calculations Across Kent and London
Roll into the rest of 2023 and beyond with faster SAP calculations and lower prices!
We have streamlined our costs, meaning we can now produce our legendary SAP calculations faster and at a lower price - especially this Spring where we are adding further discounts!
Before you start a new build or passivhaus dwelling project across Kent, London or Surrey, it is a legal requirement to complete and submit the SAP calculations and building regulations Part L1A and L1B compliance report. The earlier you consider the SAP calculation and its possible implications, the more likely you are to comply with the building regulations.
Helping you comply with Building Regulations Part L
Building Regulations Part L is difficult to comply with at times; but we are here to help. At Tophouse Assessments, we listen to your individual needs and provide you with the best SAP calculations and building regulations solutions based upon these specifications.
We offer a quality service and provide all our clients with the very best possible SAP calculation solutions. We will discuss your new build, domestic building or passivhaus dwelling requirements before making our recommendations on how to best comply to all current building L1A and L1B regulations; saving you money and avoiding potential further costs in the future.
For free Building Regulations Part L1A and L1B advice and a no obligation SAP calculation quotation at your convenience, call us now on 01634 799115.
SAP calculations are required for a range of Kent build projects
Working for clients across Kent, London and the Home Counties, including Croydon, Medway, Bromley and Maidstone, we specialise in providing comprehensive SAP calculations for building companies and architects working on;
New Build Properties
Property Extensions And Highly Glazed Extensions
Refurbishments
Loft Conversions
Already completed
We Could Save You £1000's
We find that some Kent providers offer cheap calculation solutions for passivhaus dwellings that are quick and easy but they are not optimised for current building regulations and then typically cost the builder thousands of pounds in unnecessary details such as:
- MVHR systems
- Solar Panels
- Unrealistic Air Test Targets
- Log Burning Fires
- Extra Insulation
We use our expertise to fully optimise every SAP calculation and reduce the cost of your fully compliant build. We aim to always provide Kent and London clients with the best solutions to comply with Part L.
How do SAP Calculations Work?
In a nutshell, the SAP calculation is a mathematical model. The official method used in the UK, the SAP calculation will determine the energy consumption in domestic dwellings. We calculate the energy consumption to not only assess compliance to current UK building regulations but also generate an Energy Performance Certificate. This is legal requirement when a building is sold or rented out. For new builds and (as built) SAP calculations, a compliance report, an air test certificate and a full SAP EPC are normally required by building control. A 'RDSAP' EPC as typically provided for existing dwellings by estate agents will not be acceptable for a new build.
Based in Chatham, we work throughout Kent, London and the Home Counties, providing building companies and architects with the most reliable, accurate and specialist SAP calculation services to help buildings and passivhaus dwellings pass current building regulations.
