Decades Of Air leakage testing Experience
We have plenty of experience in providing accurate and efficient SAP calculations, air leakage testing and air pressure testing regimes.
Our founder Martin Gill has a degree in Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Protection Control and Monitoring. He is fully qualified as an approved SAP assessor with NHER and Elmhurst, as an approved air leakage tester with IATS - The Independent Air Tightness Testing Scheme Ltd. He has worked for many years on building projects throughout the South East of England.

As a company, we are a member of the IATS air leakage testing scheme. Our membership of DECC (Dept. of Energy and Climate Change) approved schemes means that our compliance documents are fully acceptable to building control and gives us authority to issue EPCs.
